You’ll send a few short visual updates (cell phone is fine) and confirm whether anything has changed—like hours, layout, services, or amenities. This is a benefit, not a burden: Google and AI systems tend to trust “proof of life” and recent updates more than old information. Keeping your verification current helps your profile stay relevant, credible, and more likely to be discovered.

Your monthly verification fee supports the ongoing work required to keep your verified profile accurate, trusted, and discoverable over time. It covers secure hosting and maintenance of your verified profile, continued support, and periodic verification check-ins so your information stays current. Getting verified is simple. Visit our Contact page and fill out the verification request form. Tell us about your business, location, and what you'd like verified. We'll review your request, schedule an on-site visit to capture 360° evidence, verify key details about your business, and publish your verified profile on Ground Truth Verified. The entire process typically takes 2–4 weeks. Once live, you'll receive a verified profile link and seal you can share on your website and social media.
